In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December concerning Personal Data Protection and Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June approving the Regulations on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, BALTUS informs the user that on entering their data via the electronic forms contained on this website or on contacting BALTUS to request information on their services, the user provides us with certain personal data that will be subject to automated processing and stored in an automated file under the responsibility of Southwell 98 S.L., (hereinafter, the File Manager), with address at Avd Bruselas 152, PI Cabezo Beaza 30395 Cartagena. The aforementioned file has been registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and the data contained on that file shall be processed in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING:

The user hereby consents to their data being disclosed and communicated to entities belonging to BALTUS for the purposes of such entities offering the user information on their products, services and loyalty programmes. USE OF COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES:

BALTUS also informs the user that, when they connect to this website, the computer where the website is hosted will automatically detect the user’s IP address, the date and time that they accessed and left the site, and the sections of the website that they visited.
